Return Window

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Product must be in new condition.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued for the original purchase price minus a $95 restocking fee.

• The restocking fee covers our initial shipping and inspection costs.

Shipping Costs

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Due to the size and weight of the Submission Master, shipping charges are significant. We cannot cover return shipping under any circumstances.

Defects

• If your Submission Master has an obvious factory defect, contact support immediately for instructions.

International Orders

• All international sales are final. We do not cover return shipping or customs fees.
