For shipping to Hawaii – We recommend using www.ShipToHawaii.com as there rates are generally lower. You can place your order using their address as your U.S. shipping address. They will forward to you for an additional amount. You may be required to pick-up from a port, but your cost will likely be lower.

However, in the case of a defect or other problem with your Submission Master, WE WILL NOT PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING from your location, OR REIMBURSE YOU IN ANY WAY for shipping costs.
